Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a typical accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is included free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web site names under one single user account. This is conceivable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other hosting Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have TWO autonomous hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/administration options. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no CP choice.

Hosted Site Names ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your top level domain names under one single web hosting user account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel platforms do not supply such functionality at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and hence they demand 2 different web hosting user accounts: 1 domain name administration/billing/support account and 1 site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).

Operating System (OS) ³ - you will see that the Hepsia web hosting CP sustains Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated hosting web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP setups are offered solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
